Phoebe Tan is a multitalented Graphic Designer, Marketing Communication Strategist, Artist, and Curator. She crafts compelling stories that reflect her client’s unique identities and values. Her artistic works reflect her love for people and cultural exchanges, focusing on creating impact, opportunities, and conversations among both creators and viewers.

She currently resides as an in-house designer at
The Blue Room Theatre and Communications Officer at Propel Youth Arts WA. Outside of work, Phoebe is also the founder and curator of a successful art exhibition and art space, Lume Collective Perth. Upon completing her Bachelor of Arts in Creative Advertising and Graphic Design at Curtin University, Western Australia and Arts Business Management Diploma in Singapore, Phoebe has acquired vast experience in people management, events coordination, branding and print and digital marketing with various companies, including Asian Geographic Magazine, and Dialogue in the Dark, Singapore.

Phoebe takes pride in her positive mindset and bubbly nature, and her love for people and cultural/life exchanges. She is excited about using her skills to make an impact on the arts community here in Boorloo and seeks to create art spaces to challenge intriguing topics for both creators and viewers.
